The Star Gold Coast has an exciting opportunity to join our Premium Services team as a
Premium Services Host In this role you will deliver an outstanding service to our guests as they enter our VIP Gaming Rooms as well as completing room reservations, limousine transfers and air travel arrangements.
This fast-paced role is hands-on and requires a high-level of attention to detail to ensure a luxurious experience for our guests.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services preferred
- Good computer skills with knowledge of hotel checkin systems (Opera, Fidelio
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access)
- The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating 24/7 roster
- Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
