As the Ground Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Ground Operations team to ensure all safety, operational and people related processes are actioned and documented across the department.

The role will provide a first point of contact for Ground Ops queries and will provide assistance and information to internal and external stakeholders.

You'll have

Highly developed administrative skills Microsoft Office suite
Broad experience with multiple IT platforms and systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of staff and management
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work effectively to tight deadlines
High level of confidentiality and sensitivity with all information handled
Highly motivated, with a personal commitment to exceptional customer service
Flexible, team player
A committed attitude towards safety
