The Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you are the heart of the company.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Agents primary role is to provide a professional level of service to both internal and external customers.

This is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday position.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Being the first point of contact for queries from new and existing customers
Handling complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Management of customer accounts with our CRM database

Key Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years working experience required.
Previous experience working in a fastpaced environment.
Appreciation for a team culture and fostering a culture of growth.
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills.
