Our client who is a well established and market leading property group is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a part-time basis, 4 days per week.

Due to a upcoming retirement, there is now an excellent opportunity to join a high performing business and a great team.

You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and have a range of responsibilities including:

Maintaining and updating the accounts payable database to ensure that supplier details are current, accurate and not duplicated
Managing the accounts payable inbox & respond to queries
Month end reconciliations
Cash flow forecasting
Assisting with various ad‐hoc projects as they occur
Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience working in an accounts payable team (ideally in the property industry)
Experience in a standalone accounts payable position will be highly regarded
Excellent commitment to detail and accuracy and keeping well documented files and reconciliations.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good all round level of computer literacy (MS Dynamics preferred but not essential)
