Key Responsibilities

Boutique Management:

Lead and motivate a dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service.
Ensure the boutique reflects the Blue Illusion brand values and standards.
Drive sales and achieve targets through effective merchandising and promotional activities.

Event Leadership:

Take the lead in organizing and executing instore events throughout the year, aligning with our charity partnerships.
Engage with the local community to create a positive impact through our events.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and develop a team of passionate and customerfocused staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Administrative Duties:

Manage inventory, including stock ordering and stocktake processes.
Handle daytoday store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
