YOUR ROLE

The primary objective of this role is to lead and develop the
Western Australia
Bunzl branch in order to grow sales locally and deliver improved revenue and margin growth, while you
own the P&L, and drive a strong safety focus.

You will direct the design and implementation of sales plans to drive profitable growth in both a hands-on capacity and by optimising the performance of our highly talented team.

You will use your well-honed leadership skills to bring the team together, influence key people both inside and outside the business, and engage directly with prospective customers to bring on new business.

ABOUT YOU

Crucial to your effectiveness in this role is your previous success in sales and leadership, managing a business, branch or state in Australia, ideally within a Healthcare, Hospitality, Facility Management or Processor and Industry related business.

You have
strong relationship management and people management skills, demonstrated success in creating an enthusiastic and successful sales team, well-honed communication skills, a
sense of urgency, a commitment to
high levels of customer service and the desire to excel at what you do.

Your ability to develop and implement
strategic plans designed to increase market penetration and gross margin will see you build value for our organisation.

5 years on a role managing ~$100mil revenue
Demonstrated strong leadership skills
Experience on managing B2B market with multiple clients
High commercial acumen
Customer Centric mindset
Eagerness to selfdevelop and develop a strong sales team
Analytical skills are essential
