The Role:

We are looking for a committed and values-driven School Careers Advisor to join our supportive team at our Western Sydney Islamic School

Assisting students through their career pathways and offering your knowledge; this is the ideal role for someone with relevant experience in guiding career pathways and for someone whose values are aligned with guiding others.

Key responsibilities include:

Promoting diverse postschool pathways
Communicating knowledge of current early entry schemes, special entry schemes, and awareness of the changing landscape of university admissions.
Collaborating with various schools to support the development of career education support materials and resources.
Previous experience in career counseling and supporting students in making wellinformed career decisions
Patience and the ability to listen
Relevant qualifications and work experience
