    Key Duties & Responsibilities


    1. Attend sites & estimate for building re-instatement works
    2. Interpret scope of works provided by consultants
    3. Write scope of works documents when required
    4. Work in conjunction with supervisors to achieve set budgets
    5. Build new & leverage existing relationships with key insurance personnel within the industry
    6. Liaise with clients & insurers
    7. Coordinate access to properties with insured parties
    8. Liaise with & engage sub-contractors during quotation stage
    9. Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S requirements
    10. Ensure all inspections, certificates & relevant documentation is signed off
    11. Travel around Perth & surrounding areas

    Key Selection Criteria


    Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team.

    Building Trade or Construction Qualification

    Estimating / Insurance Building background ideal, however not essential

    Computer literacy

    Excellent communication, customer service & relationship building skills

    Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client

    Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities

    Sound work ethic

    Drive & energy

    Understanding of OHS practices, legislation, regulations & current market rates/trades

    Current motor vehicle licence
