Their reputation is second to none, clients have partnered and relied on them for 40+ years and with the business increasing market share, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their cohesive team.


Key duties will include:

  • Working through overdue account collection activity with a high level of attention to detail and focus on customer service soft collections.
  • Allocation and receipt of payments received
  • Preparation of Customer accounts
  • Reconciliation of daily banking statements for transactions, posting transactions to journal and GL
  • Work collaboratively within the AR team, broader finance and business ensuring effective and efficient end to end processes.

The Successful Applicant:


  • You will have previous experience in a similar role with ability to demonstrate understanding of accounting principles, transactions and reconciliations
  • You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer service
  • You are able to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
  • You are someone who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
