Wormald Security is a market leader in providing Tier 1 high security, integrated solutions, access control, intrusion and video surveillance solutions to federal government and blue chip clientele throughout Australia.


Due to ongoing growth we are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive with commendable experience in relationship and account development in the integrated solutions domain incorporating IP Video, Access control and solution sales.


We are seeking a unique individual with a high level competence and experience who can work both autonomously and as part of a supportive team.

The Role

Account Development - new and existing markets
Responding to and managing leads, opportunities, tenders & EOI's
Working autonomously and with the support team of industry professionals
Attendandce to networking events
Writing/responding to quote/tender requests
Manage and develop relationships with consultants, end users, clients and builders
Working closely in unison with SLT on new initiatives & business plans
This role with report to and work with the National General Manager

Demonstrated prior experience in Sales Development, Account Management
Experience in the Electronic Security Industry
Experience with Gallagher, Integriti, Lenel, Geutebrucke or Milestone - valued
Experience in IP Video, Integrated solutions or High Security - highly valued
Consultative approach, building solid rapporrt in ethical sales
Driver's licence and NSW Security Licence 2B minimum
Ability to acquire AGSVA clearance with our support
