Hymix is striving to become Australia's most trusted concrete supplier and is looking for someone to play a vital role in driving the Northern Region business toward this vision.

Reporting to the Hymix Field Sales Manager, this role offers an opportunity to not only be part of a high performance Sales team, but also be provided the opportunity to learn and progress into positions across the business, including, Logistics, Operations, Communications and Technical.


We are looking for a high-energy Territory Sales Manager to develop Hymix's relationship with customers in the East Brisbane Metropolitan Concrete market.

You will be growing the business by identifying opportunities to sell the Hymix brand to prospective customers and provide exceptional service offerings within your territory.


In your new role, you will:

  • Generate new business by ensuring the efficient follow up of all potential customer leads
  • Maintain a pipeline of further business activity from existing customers
  • Formulate, develop and coordinate the delivery of account plans for existing and potential customers that achieve mutual business outcomes
  • Complete structured call plans with prospects through face to face presentations and networking, ensuring effective communication of Hanson's value proposition
  • Achieve territory/account sales volume targets as well as new product volume targets
  • Undertake daily administration tasks including customer invoice control and quotations
  • Regularly conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence within the industry
