ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Our Client based in Sydney is looking for an experienced HRIS Officer to join the team.

As part of the Payroll Team within the award-winning People and Culture business unit, you will work amongst talented and enthusiastic professionals who value collaboration within the team and ultimately, contributing to the development of the community.


ABOUT THE POSITION.

DUTIES.

  • Analyse and maintain the integrity of the HRIS, with testing and updating as required
  • Analysis of HR/Payroll statistical data and dashboards to support reporting requirements
- e.g. sick leave & overtime reports

  • Maintenance of the Establishment and associated Organisation Charts
  • Identify areas of improvement for existing HRIS processes
  • Support system administration including performance/talent management, remuneration & recruitment

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Tertiary qualifications in HRM or relevant
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • High level of data analysis & interpretation skills, and time management skills
  • Experience in HRIS implementation & maintenance
