As such, we're on the hunt for a new Portfolio Change Management Specialist to join our Technology and Operations People Enablement team.


The Role


You are part of a technology products and services division, that creates market differentiation through deployment of resilient, innovative technology and contemporary methods, at scale.


For your role to make a difference, you will develop and execute successful change management and communication approaches to ensure all stakeholders are prepared and ready for the changes that will drive business outcomes.


As part of this role, you will support Digital Workplace changes (business as usual, project and Evergreen) with appropriate change management and communication across both projects and portfolios.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your

capabilities and skills so that they can be utilised more broadly within Technology & Operations and IAG.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the Change Management, Communication and Training approaches related to business as usual, project or evergreen changes related to Digital Workplace products and services.
  • Develop relevant Organisational Change Management deliverables (Stakeholder Analysis and Mapping, Change Impact Assessment, Change Management Strategy and Plan including Communication Plan, Training Plan, Business Readiness Plan, Adoption Plan, Support Model).
  • Execute the OCM Strategy and Plan by developing and delivering relevant Communication, Training, Business Readiness or Adoption materials.
  • Deliver business engagement sessions and end user training.
  • Work collaboratively across the People Enablement team to coordinate execution of change strategies and planning including communications, training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure ongoing adoption and embedment of technology tools and capability.
  • Leverage team capabilities across experience design, analytics, communications, training and business analysis to deliver insight led initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to drive endtoend behaviour change with employees through partnering with others and leveraging existing channels.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Effective influence, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas to a nontechnical audience
  • Demonstrates a willingness to help people
  • Passionate about delivering business value with technology
  • Selfmotivated
  • Creative problem solver who can think beyond status quo
  • A team player, with community spirit, strong communications skills and a "can do" attitude. Works well in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in change management, business, management, human resources or related fields
  • A minimum 5 years' complex organisational change management experience, including program or portfolio change
  • Experience designing and executing change management and communication strategies, preferably related to Digital Workplace technologies
  • Preferred: certified in Change management methodology (PROSCI or other)
