About the role at IAG
You'll drive product enhancements and updates across our Liability, Professional Lines, ISR and Construction & Engineering Products.

Supporting the Intermediated Insurance Division (IIA), you'll design solutions which improve our customer experience ensure we comply with our regulatory obligations and protect our brand reputation.

Seniority

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination
Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project

Requirements Gathering

Collect and understand desired specifications of a deliverable or project, and stakeholder requirements.
Customer Journey Insight Development
Understand a brand's customers and their journey throughout touch points and processes, to drive strategy for positive customer experience
