Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $89,707 - $98,982 + super


Our Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint an
Executive Assistant for our Policy and Innovation division.

The Executive Assistant provides administrative and management services to the Executive Director to support the efficient and effective operation of the division.

The role also provides executive support to the four directors in the leadership team.


This role will be responsible for executive diary and inbox management, booking travel and event planning, review and collating of advice, briefs, correspondence, reports and other business communications.

The role also provides strategic coordination support for meetings and other activities essential to the division, to ensure business priorities are met.

The role is a point of contact for all enquiries related to the Head of Policy and Innovation.

Strong interpersonal and online communication skills are imperative to this role including but not limited to TRIM for records management and MS Office for BAU.


About You


You will be highly organised, comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to pivot quickly while managing a multitude of competing priorities.

Your written communication is your strength, you know how to articulate yourself in a timely and appropriate manner.

You're agile and driven with a high level of attention to detail, particularly when it comes to records management.

Your day could change hour to hour so your ability to display resilience in an ever-changing environment will be imperative.

This is a busy team, and they are all united in working towards a common goal and cause.

Your strong interpersonal skills, high EQ and your positive attitude and willingness to support the team with whatever they need will see you succeed in this role.
