This 2 Hat South Melbourne Restaurant is looking for a Sommelier that is passionate about wine and matching it with a premium food offering, then this is where you will want to be.

WSET Level 2 or equivalent
Have previous experience as a Sommelier
Have a strong knowledge of old world & new world wine
Exceptional communication and presentation
Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
Passion for providing a premium service within the restaurant industry
Show a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
