About the role


We are seeking a driven iQuote Coordinator to join our Customer Solutions Team located at either our Tomago or Casula Branch.


Reporting to the CI Customer Performance Manager, the iQuote Coordinator is accountable for the accurate and timely entry and maintenance of all information contained within WesTrac's quoting tool, including but not limited to warranty information, product pricing, quote templates and Caterpillar programs.

This role is critical to enabling accurate and consistent quoting of new machine sales across NSW/ACT.


In addition, the role will be responsible for communicating data and pricing changes to the pricing, sales and product management teams.

The role will establish and maintain reporting of price changes, trends, data movement, sales campaigns and Caterpillar programs claimed.

This position is offered as a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all WesTrac offerings exist in iQuote with quoting templates and that any changes are reflected immediately.
  • Ensuring data is accessible, accurate and up to date in iQuote with pricing and campaign changes as well as warranty information.
  • Resolve any iQuote grievances or queries, escalate as required and ensure price changes are managed without confusion.
  • Communicate cross functionally with Product Managers, NSW Sales Team, and NSW Pricing Team that price changes are effective and marketing campaigns are uploaded and applied.
  • Establish and maintain routine reporting to enable tracking of price changes, trends, data movement, sales campaigns, and Caterpillar programs claimed.

Skills & Experience

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated highly developed customer service skills.


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Interpersonal, written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly.
  • Highly developed attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify improvement initiatives and see through to implementation.
