About the Role

The primary purpose of the Lead Inspector is to manage a team of compliance staff responsible for undertaking a range of compliance related activities including inspections and investigations, across assigned areas oof responsibility to support the achievement of regulatory objectives.

Manage and coordinate the activities of team members, provide guidance and mentoring, and manage day to day work performance, to support operational effectiveness and optimise regulatory outcomes.
Undertake and lead timely, targeted and riskbased inspections, complaints, investigations, desktop reviews and other activities to identify and address noncompliance.

About You

You will have considerable regulatory compliance experience.
Willingness and availability to meet the shiftwork requirements of the role.
You will demonstrate stakeholder management skills and will display the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
