About the Role


The primary purpose of the Lead Inspector is to manage a team of compliance staff responsible for undertaking a range of compliance related activities including inspections and investigations, across assigned areas oof responsibility to support the achievement of regulatory objectives.


  • Manage and coordinate the activities of team members, provide guidance and mentoring, and manage day to day work performance, to support operational effectiveness and optimise regulatory outcomes.
  • Undertake and lead timely, targeted and riskbased inspections, complaints, investigations, desktop reviews and other activities to identify and address noncompliance.

About You

  • You will have considerable regulatory compliance experience.
  • Willingness and availability to meet the shiftwork requirements of the role.
  • You will demonstrate stakeholder management skills and will display the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
