Your Function


As a
Junior IT Support Analyst, you will be part of a team that gets the right tools into the right hands.

A team that understands the heart and soul of DLL (De Lage Landen) and our partners' businesses. This role is a Full-Time opportunity at our office located on Level 20, 201 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you will:

  • Provide IT Service Desk support services to your DLL colleagues in Australia, New Zealand & across AsiaPacific
  • Be the face of IT when new people join the organisation & ensure they can hit the ground running with their devices and systems access
  • Be in a varied role that will challenge you to be innovative and draw on your technology skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Work with multiple technologies, platforms and devices and keep the wheels turning. Provide educations and assistance to ensure that everyone's work tools are kept up to date and at optimal performance
  • Report to the IT Support Manager with opportunity to occasionally work from home

Day to day:


  • Incident Resolution and Service Request management across the regional landscape
  • Be the 'Go To' person for device and technology support in the Sydney Office
  • Assist new employees with laptop and device provisioning and setups and make their first day amazing
  • Create walkthrough guides and assist with internal knowledge base articles
  • Maintain a balanced focus on security and efficiency
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

Your Profile

  • An undergraduate degree or TAFE qualification in Information Technology will be highly regarded
  • 1+ years of operational IT experience across desktop support and service desk activities supporting Windows and Mac environments
  • Strong device management knowledge including Laptops, Peripherals Phones and Tablets
  • Knowledge of operating systems, office software, enterprise software,
  • A real team player
  • Ability to take responsibility and be proactive
  • Keen eye for detail and thoroughness in your work
