ABOUT THE ROLE:


The Quality Business Partner role will partner with Health Service Leavers and provide support, guidance and expertise with the monitoring, evaluation and continual improvement of systems and processes across Mercy's four quality domains: safe care, person centred care, integrated care and effective and appropriate care.

We are also seeking applicants for full-time short-term positions.

Roles are based fro the Werribee Hospital.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:


  • 35 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare organisation;
  • Relevant tertiary health sciences qualification, or acceptable equivalent;
  • Strong clinical midwifery experience;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the National Standards and experience in preparation for survey;
  • Understanding and experience in quality improvement and quality management principles and practices;
  • Experience in leading change in a team environment;
  • Experience in facilitating clinical risk management processes in a healthcare setting.
  • Provide a current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Proof of vaccination status consistent with Mercy Health's policy (includes but is not limited to COVID19 and seasonal influenza vaccination compliance requirement).
