The Organisation

Sharp & Carter has been engaged by a well known FMCG manufacturer to assist them in their search for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join and provide support to the Supply Chain Finance Manager in a 3 month contract role.


The Role

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Finance Manager the primary purpose of your role will be partner with Supply Chain & Logistics team in providing in depth and timely analysis and be the key point of contact within the finance team with the Operations Accountant.

As such, your duties will include, but not be limited to:


  • Driving financial performance of the supply chain operations
  • Partner with and advise nonfinancial operational Managers
  • Providing valueadd analysis
  • Preparation of monthly management reports
  • Managing the budgeting and ongoing forecasts process
  • Preparation of the annual budget and assistance with the 5Year Strategic Plan
  • Identifying ongoing process improvements
  • Ad hoc product, facility and supply chain analysis
  • Create and distribute weekly and monthly business partnering reports
