Description

The Executive Assistant is responsible for high quality executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, Engagement, Regulation and Oversight and the immediate team, management of services for complex office support, correspondence and record keeping, as well as administering policies, procedures and protocols.

You will use your proficiency with MS Office suite of tools to support the Executive Director, Engagement, Regulation and Oversight to deliver government priorities and contribute to building a positive culture.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional experience providing high level administrative, secretarial and executive support in a dynamic environment, preferably within the public sector.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
