Our client is a Queensland based, privately owned, supplier & manufacturer of branded merchandise and apparel sold through a national network of over 3,000 distributors as well as retail.
We are looking to attract a high caliber professional with the desire to work with a dynamic business in growing market share.
The role is designed to take full responsibility for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients, whilst being part of a dedicated team of Business Development Executives in order to boost sales revenue and profitability across the region.
This role provides the opportunity to work with market-leading brands and growing them into new markets and directions while working with an energetic team in an environment that encourages fresh ideas.
The role is responsible for the following duties:
- Develop longterm relationships throughout each key account's organisation and through to their customer base
- Proactively plan and execute activities to grow market share into new industries, markets, or product subcategories.
- Maintain a close and collaborative relationship with the Account Management Team
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Sales role
- Ability to travel interstate as required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive and customercentric approach with a strong work ethic
