Working collaboratively with a dynamic team of Case Workers, Peer Support Workers, and Employment Specialists, you will empower individuals in our client's unique program and their recovery journey.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Demonstrated mental health and coaching experience.
Working knowledge of homelessness and its complexities.
Adaptive communication style to cater to diverse individuals and identify changing needs within a group.
Team player mindset with the ability to contribute effectively to program goals and objectives.
Indepth understanding of complex mental health, drug, and alcohol issues.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with the recovery model.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

National Criminal History Check (Police Check) disclosable outcomes considered.
Current Working with Children check
Current Driver's license.
Australian Working Rights.
