Our client, a highly regarded professional services firm in the Brisbane CBD, are expanding their office with an Administration Assistant.
Responsibilities:
As an Administration Assistant you will be a point of contact for business clients and stakeholders, while supporting senior staff.
You will also be responsible for the following:
- Managing calendars and workflow
- Assist in communications with clients
- Communicate professionally, politely, and succinctly with internal stakeholders
- Assisting with preparation of business documentation
- Provide general administrative support within a team
- Ad hoc projects
Experience:
- Experience within an accounting practice or finance
- Great work ethic and a positive, enthusiastic approach to your work
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your schedule
