Our
Fleet Services team plays a crucial role in making this happen by making sure that our vehicles remain in optimum condition through top quality maintenance and repairs.


Due to a recent opening, we are on the lookout for a
Fleet Administrator who is keen to support our Gold Coast workshop in
Marcoola with all related administration tasks such as vehicle insurance claims, repair quotes, workshop invoices, work orders and operational reports.


You'll be involved in:


  • Managing timely and accurate processing of insurance quotes & invoices, repair records and other associated administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all workshop related correspondence and documentation.
  • Drafting and preparing vehicle repair quotes for customers.
  • Performing data entry of operational information and producing reports as requested, using software systems to input and extract relevant data.
  • Updating work orders and finished jobs in software systems.
  • Arranging new bus permits and registration renewals for legal compliance.
  • Overlooking the purchase orders process and processing all workshoprelated invoices, including the monitoring and approval of invoices.
  • Identify opportunities for administration process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

  • Relevant experience in a blue collar environment where strong organisation and time management were crucial.
  • Excellent customer service skills and an approachable demeanour.
  • Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills to interact with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
  • High level of initiative and ability to exercise sound judgement in a fastpaced workplace.
  • Strong computer literacy with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote) as well as the ability to learn internal software systems.
  • An automatic Car licence or above (manual licence preferred but not required).
