We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technology Assistant to provide support and assistance to our teachers on a permanent ongoing basis.


Food Technology Assistants are accountable for:

  • Employees are required to support the mission, teachings and ethos of the Catholic Church's work in schools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to follow direction, prioritise and meet set deadlines
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills in working with a range of personnel
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the quality of assigned work

Duties include, all in accordance with teachers' directions:

  • Preparation of food items for Food Technology and Hospitality classes
  • Laser cutting and 3D printing (training provided)
  • Organising and setting up for catered events
  • Other duties as required

Typical Experience and Qualifications:


  • Appropriate demonstrated experience and qualifications
