Description

Labourpower Recruitment Services are seeking a Production Moulding Technician for our clients who are industry leaders in the manufacturing space, who pride themselves on service excellence, safety and innovation.

The role is working a rotating roster across days, afternoon and nights over the 24/7 operation of the site.

Duties for these positions include:

Set up, operate and trouble shoot injection moulding machines
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in assembling
Perform maintenance according to the procedures on injection moulding machines as scheduled/required
Maintains a clean and tidy working environment according to site standards
Maintains production records, logbooks, finished goods reports and other relevant documentation
Ability to deal with problems
Providing support to the team
Attitude to learn and to adopt

Essential Criteria

A current forklift ticket
Must be able to complete a preemployment drug/alcohol screen and fitness assessment
Relevant experience in machine operation
Able to start immediately
Be able to work 5 days per week working a rotating roster
