The heart of the role

Based in our Swanston Street store and working towards customer growth activities you will be responsible for:

  • Working within the wider community to develop business and communitybased relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products and the acquisition of new members.

Taking a customer needs-based approach, you will also:

  • Assist our existing Bupa members in their day to day transactions
  • Ensure the customers understand the full value of their health insurance product
  • Provide solutions to any identified concerns or unmet needs
  • Educate members on all the benefits they can access.

_ Commencing 9 January 2023, this is a permanent part time position, working 25 hours per week, including some Saturdays on a rotating roster._

Training and connecting
Dedicated Store Managers support you both technically and emotionally to perform your role.

You'll also have access to classroom training, e-Learning and on-the-floor product, knowledge training, and to our state-of-the-art knowledge base, "Know-It".
