About the Role


We have an exciting opportunity become available for a positive, motivated and hardworking individual that is looking to take on the challenge of supporting a busy and fast paced workshop team.

This role will see you being the primary administrative contact for the department and working closely with the New Truck Sales team to ensure all new vehicles are delivered to specification.

Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Scheduling and planning the New Vehicle Preparation workshop, including scheduling external contractors for all new Mack, UD and Volvo truck fit ups
  • Workshop administration
  • Warranty and campaign management
  • Creating and entering data into job cards
  • Liaise between different departments
  • Processing new vehicles into stock
  • Raising estimates for work required
  • Ensuring all invoices are paid
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Contacting customers and maintaining regular contact

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a strong administration background
  • Previous dealership experience (highly desirable)
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to inhouse software programs
  • The ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
  • High attention to detail
