THE ROLE
As part of our diverse team based in
Melbourne, you will help make a positive impact on someone's life every day.
The purpose of this role is to provide support the L&D Team and the wider Victorian Business with administration support associated with the delivery effective learning solutions as per the Victorian L&D Strategy.

Melbourne CBD office. With flexibility to work from home, once fully trained
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the Learning & Development teams are fully supported by scheduling required training and maintaining training records.
- Shared responsibility of monitoring and management of our mailbox, ensuring queries are responded to or escalated within a 24hour period, where feasible.
- Provide administrative support for both internal and external Learning Management Systems including activities such as: setting up users, removing users, assigning training, signing off training attendance.
- Ensure that all LMS records are compliant and satisfactory to audit requirements and provide details to auditors when requested.
- Support the customer care team with administration support for tasks such as Injured Worker Videos and change of case manager.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels to deliver customer centric solutions.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- You will come from a background within a high volume of administration, ability to work at a fast pace and stay motivated under pressure.
- Experience in the coordination of learning and development solutions is advantageous but not essential.
