What you'll be doing

  • Invoicing clients
  • Sending statements to clients
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Generating purchase orders
  • Maintaining and managing resource schedule
  • Assisting with employee onboarding
  • Assisting with tender responses
  • Managing client and staff events when required
  • General administration tasks printing, binding, formatting documents etc.
  • General office management ordering office supplies, scheduling services, managing team events etc.

What will make you successful in this role?

Skills and experience

  • Administration experience
  • Office management experience
  • Experience in MS Office
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail

Conditions
