Our client, a reputable Perth utility company, are seeking a higher level Helpdesk Analyst for initially 3 months whilst they prepare to advertise for the role on a more permanent basis.
The key purpose of this role is to assist with the review and forecast when their assets/ instruments systems require service, calibration and to schedule their availability as well as manage the metadata of the instruments, including location, configuration and components.
- Enable the operator to transfer single or multiple instruments to a unique location/person
- Record the location history of the instrument and import instrument metadata from other systems (Job Request Forms or similar)
- Track modification to the instrument records
- Enable users to nominate the deployment of instruments and assign a project manager and operator to a site or project
- Project/ program management
- Experience in inventory management
- Experience in change management
- Advance skills in Microsoft suites
- Able to identify opportunity for improvement and provide potential solutions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Experience in a similar role (eg: A person who has worked Tier 3 Helpdesk, where they know enough to look at the code and understand what it does and debug)
