The Role


You will make an impact by:
Establishing Application roadmap and strategy in alignment with business priorities

Building partnerships and understanding of business areas

Promoting and supporting best practices

Delivering and demonstrating a passion high commitment to customer service

Leading and coordinating

Identifying key focus areas to improve productivity, enhance service delivery and demonstrate collaboration

Mentoring and coaching team leaders and individuals

To be successful in this role, you will have

Health/Hospital Application Knowledge and Management

Business Analysis and Project Management

Stakeholder Engagement and Expectation Management

Excellent vendor management skills

Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching skills

Highly Self Motivated and Directed

Bachelor's degree in information systems and technologies, plus continued education and training in the field

Broad knowledge of Information Technology, databases, systems and ITIL processes

Demonstrated systematic approach to problem solving and critical thinking

Excellent administration, organizational, and reporting skills

Good technical and practical documentation skills


Demonstrate competence with:

Application Portfolio Management and Service Catalogues

Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery

Problem Management & Root Cause Analysis

Risk and risk Mitigation

Stakeholder Engagement
