Located in the vibrant area of Canning Vale, Zoom Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Administration support to join our team.

As Administration Support, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to our valued clients both external and internal.

Responsibilities/ Requirements

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
  • Assist customers in navigating our products and services, providing guidance and recommendations when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving skills
  • Update and maintain customer records in our database
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
