About the role


The purpose of the Credit Support Officer is to review client structures and securely provide client and credit related data and other documents to Rabobank's business partner, ensuring we maintain the privacy of our clients.

This role will assist in the administration of the Equipment Finance portfolio and may also support other credit related analysis.


This position will support the Senior Manager, Credit Quality through the implementation of data sharing procedures for Equipment Finance clients.

It will require a thorough understanding of client / business structures and the ability to understand business financials to ensure that only the correct information is shared with our Equipment Finance business partner.


We have two vacancies

1 X 3-month fixed term contract

1 X 12-month fixed term contract
This role is to assist the Senior Manager Credit Risk with the focus on:

  • Assessing client structures to ensure that the privacy disclosure consents received from the client match their business structure.
  • Extracting and preparing required and authorised client, related party and financial information for transfer to our business partner.
  • Extracting credit submissions and redacting information that is not allowed to be shared.
  • Extracting other information as required on an adhoc basis antimoney laundering assessment data for example for client identification documents, trust deeds, etc.
  • Transferring the appropriate data to our business partner for assessment/approval.
  • Tracking and managing to SLAs (service levels) that have been agreed with our business partner.
  • Ensuring at all times we maintain the privacy of clients information and only sharing data where appropriate consents have been received.
  • Policies & Procedures: Advise & Assist, Discuss Changes, Identify Gaps, Analyse Data, Report and Escalate

To be successful in the role:

  • Experience in financial services industry with focus on credit / privacy risk or a thorough understanding of client / business structures.
  • Excellent customer focus
  • An understanding of Risk Management within the financial services industry
  • An understanding of credit assessments
  • An understanding of banking and finance operations
  • Experience in understanding client / business structures
  • Experience in understanding company financial information
  • Evaluating and reviewing credit risk
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
