About the role

We're recruiting for a Change Manager to support the execution of a transformation program that impacts our technology and business teams.

Reporting into the transformation office, you will provide best practice OCM by:

Contributing to OCM strategy or plans
Establish and maintain a strong relationship with senior leaders, change champions and other project stakeholders to drive change programs, overcome objections and ensure change sticks
Design and deliver change 'workshops' as required, including project meetings, training sessions, presentations etc.
Facilitate change projects to transition into business as usual, using performance metrics to monitor progress / sustainability
Contribute to maturing the change management chapter through change advocacy within CTO

Experience and qualifications:

Experience in change management or related space
OCM training desirable
Experience working with technical teams and delivering change supported by the Group Delivery Framework an advantage
Knowledge of working with the banking and finance industry preferred
Advanced writing and communication skills
Ability to connect meaningfully with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, technical and non‐technical
Ability to work across teams and influence great outcomes, solve problems and operate at times with ambiguity
Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and expectations and juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing team alignment, engagement, productivity and velocity.
