Description:
Purpose

To provide leadership, management, and support Disability Employment Services contracts within your appointed region.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to Job Seekers in accordance with the service delivery model contributing to the financial viability and performance of CoAct.


Some of the responsibilities include:


Monitor customer acquisition channels and contract performance across allocated portfolio; identify and implement performance strategies and interventions to address poor performance.

Provide guidance and support to Service Partners in the interpretation and implementation of guidelines on an ongoing basis.

Provide adhoc operational upskilling to Service Partners where appropriate to ensure they can deliver the programs confidently and compliantly.


Drive and lead regional performance, quality and financial viability by ensuring that all key performance and compliance objectives are pursued to ensure that all KPIs are met every month.


In conjunction with all members within the relevant region, develop, operationalize and maintain a Regional Delivery Plan in collaboration with each Site Manager.


Analyse all performance reports and financial targets and implement performance improvement strategies to ensure a high level of achievement and improved financial performance.

Contribute to the development of communications and updates to members on contractual and compliance issues and variations.


Coordinate the implementation of the CoAct Employer Engagement Working Group -leverage customer opportunities including sharing of key customer contacts, case studies and linking of Service Partner representatives across regions.

Foster strong working relationships between Service Partners sharing regions and encourage information and opportunity sharing amongst all Service Partners.


Skills and Experiences:
Personal Attributes


To be respected as a role model for and mentor to other in regard to maintaining a strong work culture of integrity and high performance and professional standards.

Articulate speaker and the ability to present to our network on complex issues in ways that are easily understood.

Comfortable speaking to and presenting in front of large audiences via teams and in person events.


High level of skill in written communication including a demonstrated capacity to prepare complex reports and other documents as requested and within a timely manner.

Required Experience


Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, peers, subordinates, member organisations, Government bodies and other external parties.

Strong working knowledge of government policies and programs relating to Employment Services.

Experience in the delivery of a range of JSA and DES or similar sectors.

Strong understandings of quality assurance and compliance frameworks and governances.

Desirable Experience

Experience working in government, PBI and/or community service-based organisations.
