Description

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking the support of a high calibre Learning and Development Manager to join our team based anywhere in Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability you will lead national learning and development (L&D) initiatives that builds the capability of our people aligned with organisational objectives.

The highly collaborative role is responsible to improve our employees' experience, engagement, performance and growth through the development and implementation of onboarding, online learning, professional and leadership programs.

It will also contribute to the embedment and management of capability, talent and performance frameworks across the organisation.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Key point of contact for design and delivery of employee engagement surveys through Peakon.
Analyse learning needs and trends to meet current and future organizational needs.
Contributes to development and implementation of learning strategy and supporting systems, that lead to greater staff engagement and improved performance.
Drives continual improvement by designing fitforpurpose training programs that are tailored to business needs.
Develops and implements onboarding and orientation programs.
Provide instructional design expertise for online, blended and facetoface learning activities.
Project manages development of online learning and tailored programs with external vendors.
Develops learning and career pathways for the professional workforce.
Manage the Workday Learning Management System configuration, recording and reporting requirements and training metrics.
Implement and manage the talent and performance framework within Workday.
Advises and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on projects and initiatives across Australian and New Zealand.
Provides quality advice to stakeholders on program suitability.
Supports company values, brand and culture.
Mentors and develops team members.
Escalates issues to the Head of Organisational Capability.

About You

5+ years in a L&D management role, with a desirable Bachelor's degree Adult Learning, Human Resources or related field
Ability to analyse stakeholder training needs and develop solutions within timeframe and budget.
Advanced understanding of Learning Management Systems (Workday highly regarded)
Advanced skill in Articulate and/or storyboarding online content with external vendors
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to measure feedback and track return on investment for learning initiatives.
Strong project management and change, communication, and engagement planning skills.
Engages and influences effectively, forms and maintains relationships, works well in a team environment and autonomously.
