A role with unique responsibilities:


Phlebotomists at Repromed have a very important role, often meeting patients early on and following them through their fertility journey.

With exceptional customer service, underpinned by compassion and attention to detail, you will directly enhance the patient experience.

Under guidance from the Ultrasound and Phlebotomy Manager, your responsibilities include:


  • Provide a professional and caring phlebotomy service to fertility patients
  • Ensure bloods are packaged, dispatched or delivered to laboratories in accordance with the agreed time lines and protocols
  • Provide administration support to the Patient Services Team when required
This role is for a fixed term of 12 months and works on a roster.

  • Extensive phlebotomy experience (essential)
  • Phlebotomy certificate
  • A track record of delivering caring customer focused service
  • Ability to package blood samples effectively
  • Compliance with standard processes and protocols
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Superior time management skills with proven ability to multitask
  • Experience working within a Specialist environment will be highly regarded
  • A willingness to embrace the Monash IVF Group principles
