_Uniting Airlie Preschool located in Oatlands_
Uniting Airlie Preschool (Oatlands). We're a friendly community Not for Profit Preschool, caring for children aged 3-5 years.
Our preschool services operate between the time of 8:30am and 4pm, Monday to Friday during the Department of Education's school terms.
Uniting Airlie Preschool specialises in nurturing and providing our children with:
- A strong sense of identity and wellbeing
- Effective communication skills
- Connections with their world
- Confidence and involvement in their learning
What you'll be doing in this role
As an Early Learning casuals, you will contribute to the planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection of the educational program for the children.
Your care work may include:
- Contribute to the development of programs which reflect the approved learning framework.
- Developing positive and respectful relationships that support children, their families and community.
- Facilitating playbased learning environments that are responsive to children's interest, strengths, and abilities.
- You'll guide and support educators to implement the program and philosophy for the children.
Who we're looking for

Certificate III Early Childhood Education, with previous on the job experience (preferred):
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
- You'll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting's everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
