Your new opportunity:


As our new
Branch Administrator you'll take the lead on all branch administration tasks, from operating the switchboard to general clerical, ordering consumables to maintaining customer relations, you'll be the face of the branch and keep this show running This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years of admin experience who wants to learn, grow, and develop with a fantastic company.


In this role you will:

  • Answer incoming internal calls in a professional manner, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a kind but timely manner.
  • Monitor, maintain and order office consumables to make sure everyone has what they need to get the job done.
  • Collect and distribute mail and be a friendly face to the local courier drivers.
  • Process travel and accommodation via supplier portal.
  • Order new and replacement uniforms to keep people looking good.
  • Organise appointments, meetings, functions and engagement activities as required.
  • Pitch in and give a hand to our service and parts administration teams.
  • Projects as required by the Branch Manager and ad hoc duties as required.

About you:


  • Have a 2 to 3 years of administrative experience with great computer skills
  • A qualification in administration at certificate or diploma level would be well regarded.
  • Ability to work efficiently & accurately with office equipment including phone systems and printers.
  • Fantastic time management skills with a penchant for multitasking.
