About the Role

They are currently seeking a professional Change Manager to join their team in Sydney CBD with flexibility to work remotely from home.

This is an estimated 12-month temporary assignment, potential to extend


Reporting to the Change Practice Lead, you will be required to identify, manage and implement end to end change strategies that support the successful and effective delivery of projects.

This role will work closely with business leaders to support the execution and embedment of sustainable change within teams whilst ensuring the expected outcomes and benefits are achieved.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the design and delivery of endtoend change management projects
  • Utilise change management framework and project management methodology where appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with change support areas such as Communications, Capability, Customer Experience, People & Culture to maximise adoption of change
  • Identify and assess impacts, assessing organisational readiness to new ways of working
  • Actively engage in the collaborative design, influencing and delivery of effective change interventions, testing and learning
  • Monitor, capture and report on change deliverables including success measures, speed of adoption, extent of uptake, benefits realisation and roadblocks
  • Consult and Coach business leaders to provide support and guidance for all changes impacting their area
  • Prepare appropriate risk mitigation tactics including managing anticipated resistance to change
  • Identify areas of continuous improvement opportunities, mitigating risks
  • Support Communications resource in the design and delivery of communications collateral to achieve consistent messages

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Change, Project Management or an equivalent field
  • Change management certification essential
  • Public Sector experience highly desirable
  • Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Solid analytical, negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years Change Management experience
  • Change Management Certification such as Prosci, PM Partners, CCMP or Prince
  • Thorough understanding of Project Management Methodology including Agile or Waterfall
  • Diverse Change Management experience across multiple areas E.g., IT, People & Culture and Governance
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
