Wardrobe Attendant
FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME - CROWN MELBOURNE

An exciting opportunity is available for a Wardrobe Attendant to join the Crown Services team on a full-time basis. This role will be responsible for ensuring that customers of Wardrobe receive a polished and professional experience.

This will be achieved through ensuring a high level of service, accurate processing of uniform requirements, as well as maintaining the presentation standard of the Wardrobe area.


Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all of Wardrobe's customers
  • Undertake daily uniform carousel and rack checks within designated time frames
  • Process garments in the wardrobe system, including labelling and barcoding
  • Processing new starter's uniform allocations
  • Manual processing and assistance with Agency staff uniform requirements
  • Comply with Crown's requirements, policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering customer service
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to work shift work on a 24/7 roster, with the ability to work most weekdays, night shift, public holidays and weekends
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • The ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
  • You must be fully vaccinated against Covid19 (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exception to be eligible to work onsite at Crown
