Receptionist

Main duties include.

  • Managing a busy switchboard, answering calls, greeting customers, and taking messages
  • Providing administrative support to other departments
  • Assisting in general customer enquiries and requests
  • Organising incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining various data bases
  • Coordinating meetings including catering requirements as needed
  • Maintaining uniform and office supplies
  • General administration such as filing, scanning, and binding

To be successful for this role you will have.

  • Previous experience working in an office environment would be advantageous
  • Background in customer service is essential
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • A positive cando attitude
