The role:


  • Answering inbound customer phone calls
  • Assist with customer complaints
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
  • Liaising with operations and field staff where necessary to resolve customer queries
  • Working toward KPIs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of dedication and commitment
  • Computer literacy
  • Available to work between 8am7pm Monday to Friday
