This is a newly created role for an experienced Change Professional to showcase your Change expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills and analytical mindset.


About the role:


Joining a supportive and diverse team you will work closely with the Head of Personal Bank Communications and Change and the wider Change team who are accountable for successfully delivering change to the Personal Bank division through design of change, and communications strategies to ensure our colleagues and customers are ready for the change and are able to adopt it.


This will be achieved through:


  • Partner with the Change Leadership team to support more effective change planning and provide insights to enable Domain and Business engagement
  • Support more effective planning to optimise change sequencing and capacity management whilst minimising disruption and maximising change adoption and benefits
  • Manage the front door process into the Change and Communications team via GRACE
  • Establish and maintain Personal Bank Change Planning framework, reporting processes and associated documentation that articulate how we'll manage the change portfolio to ensure smoother delivery of change into PB.
  • Work with HO an Change LT to share insights and continually enhance the pipeline reporting to drive insights to enable effective business engagement.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with enterprise stakeholders where appropriate to source information to enhance the PC Change Planning process, e.g. Moratoriums across other business units to enable alignment
  • Communicate capacity issues or challenges to leadership team inclusive of recommendations to resolve availability for timing issues.
  • Develop and prepare reports and monitor program delivery dates for Personal Bank; inclusive of planning insights, work flow impacts, change adoption and improved banker and customer experiences.
  • Work with the Change LT to highlight business capacity constraints to receiving PB businesses
  • Support the forward planning and resource forecasting process quarter on quarter
  • Uplift the efficiency of portfolio through the delivery of insights an in partnership with Change LT

What you will bring:


To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified in a relevant field and bring extensive Change Management and Change Planning experience along with leading and managing portfolio projects.

You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and be focused on achieving business outcomes.


Additionally you will bring:

  • Ability to balance the strategic with operational priorities and deliverables
  • Learning agility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, complex and changing environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create meaningful insight and actionable recommendations to Change LT, to support Domain conversation and/or PBLT awareness
  • Team and customer focus
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy and diverse environment
