The Role


Reporting into the Remarketing Specialist, the Remarketing Administrative Consultant is responsible for managing and coordinating operational and administrative functions to facilitate the end of lease disposal process within the Remarketing Division.

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Processing end of lease inspections and liaising the team.
  • Processing Remarketing related invoices and generating purchase orders
  • Manage and coordinate specified group inboxes and relevant databases/platforms
  • Work with internal teams to manage PPSR encumbrances, registrations and purchase orders for assets
  • Return vehicle and transport management
  • Assist with stock reconciliations and track vehicle preparation for sale

About You
***- Proven experience in a team-based customer service environment, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set KPI's and targets.

  • Intermediate Excel Skills and familiarity with MS Office
  • High degree of computer literacy (spreadsheets and formatting)
  • Analytical competency
  • Proven ability to manage workload effectively and deliver to deadlines in a dynamic and pressured environment
  • Experience within a used vehicle operation, financial services organisation desirable
