Fulltime, continuing position
Salary: $92,941 $104,143 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role

As the Consultant:

Learning and Development you will utilise a range of contemporary techniques to facilitate learning and development programs aligned to the University's people strategy, contributing to the delivery of consistent end-to-end learning outcomes and enhancing organisational capability.

Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver a range of internal learning workshops/programs
Consult with key stakeholders on L&D needs and create bespoke strategies and programs to support capability growth
Develop learning resources and tools that support and enhance facilitated learning programs that are accessible and inclusive
Analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, identify trends and inform future learning activities

Essential Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or a relevant field
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
Extensive interpersonal, communication, facilitation and consultation skills
