  • Fulltime, continuing position
  • Salary: $92,941 $104,143 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role

As the Consultant:

Learning and Development you will utilise a range of contemporary techniques to facilitate learning and development programs aligned to the University's people strategy, contributing to the delivery of consistent end-to-end learning outcomes and enhancing organisational capability.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver a range of internal learning workshops/programs
  • Consult with key stakeholders on L&D needs and create bespoke strategies and programs to support capability growth
  • Develop learning resources and tools that support and enhance facilitated learning programs that are accessible and inclusive
  • Analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, identify trends and inform future learning activities

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or a relevant field
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Extensive interpersonal, communication, facilitation and consultation skills
