The opportunity

As an Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of commercial clients - building strong relationships, providing updates and feedback and identifying solutions.

You will be managing case files from start to finish - including following up and coordinating payments and recovering debts.

Selection criteria:

Proven experience in a customer service / sales / credit officer / collections focused role
Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and liaison experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Computer literate

MS Office Suite
Solutions focused approach with demonstrated initiative
