The opportunity
As an Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of commercial clients - building strong relationships, providing updates and feedback and identifying solutions.
You will be managing case files from start to finish - including following up and coordinating payments and recovering debts.
Selection criteria:
- Proven experience in a customer service / sales / credit officer / collections focused role
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and liaison experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- MS Office Suite
- Solutions focused approach with demonstrated initiative
